This Privacy Policy describes how Lakeside Munitions ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at www.lakesidemunitions.com or contact us through it.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to keep this website working:

• Messages you send. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, the service you are asking about, an optional message, and an optional box to say you have used Lakeside Munitions before. It also notes which page of this website you sent it from, the first page you visited, and roughly how you found the website (for example Google, Facebook or typing the address). If you came from an ad or a tagged link, it includes that link's tracking tags.
• Private feedback. Our review page lets you tell the shop privately what went wrong instead of posting a public review. That note carries your star rating, the choices you picked and what you wrote. It includes your name and phone number only if you ask us to call you back.
• Technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver this one receive standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. The contact form also uses your IP address for a short time to block repeated submissions.
• Visit data. Our analytics tools record things like the pages you view, your device type, your rough location, and taps on our phone number. See "Third-party analytics" below.

How we use it

When you send a message or private feedback, this website emails it to the shop. The email goes out through Gmail from an account run by More Calls Digital, the company that built and maintains this website, and More Calls Digital receives a copy. This website has no database and no customer accounts, so it keeps no copy of its own.

We use what you send to:

• Answer your question or call you back.
• Improve the shop based on what customers ask about and tell us.
• See how this website is used and which pages lead people to call.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with marketers.

Third-party analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website in aggregate. These tools set their own cookies and receive details such as the pages you view, your device type and your rough location.

Page attribution

When you tap a phone number or send the contact form, we send the analytics tools above a label for the page you were on (for example, "pricing" or "contact") so we can see which pages prompt people to reach out. The label names the page, not you.

Cookies and your browser

This website sets no cookies of its own (the analytics tools above set theirs). It keeps a few small notes in your browser: that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so you are not asked again; a flag that the contact form was sent and a note of how you found the website, which both clear when you close the tab; and your answers on the review page while you fill it in, so a reload does not lose them. Those answers only leave your browser if you choose to send private feedback.

The map at the bottom of every page is a Google Maps embed. Google loads it, and Google's own privacy policy (opens in a new tab) covers what it collects and the cookies it may set.

Payments and our online store

This website takes no payments. It has no checkout, no shopping cart and no customer accounts. Purchases in our online store(opens in a new tab) happen on a separate website with its own checkout, covered by that store's own policies.

How long we keep it

This website keeps nothing you send. Messages and feedback stay in the email inboxes they were sent to until they are deleted. Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of the tools listed above.

Security

This website only loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and every form submission is checked before it is emailed. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep what we collect to the minimum.

Children

This website is for adults 18 and older, and it asks every visitor to confirm their age. Our shop and this website are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page.
