Why we opened Lakeside Munitions

Our story

Forsyth County deserved a better gun store

We opened Lakeside Munitions in 2024 because we were tired of the way most gun stores treat people. Getting ignored at the counter. Getting talked down to. Getting steered toward whatever the shop needed to move that month. Waiting on an NFA form nobody could give you a straight answer about, and paying more than you should the whole way through.

Forsyth County deserved better, so we built the shop we wanted to walk into ourselves.

Straight answers, whether it is your first pistol or your fifth suppressor. A quick, no-hassle process on transfers, special orders and NFA approvals. We handle the paperwork, you get the gear.

We are a locally owned shop in Cumming with a selection that runs from classic to modern, for everybody from the first-time buyer to the lifelong collector. We know our customers by name. We take safety and responsible ownership seriously, and we believe owning a gun is both a right and a responsibility.

Come in, ask questions, handle the guns. That is what we are here for.
